Krzeszyce

Krzeszyce is a small town in the central region of Lubuskie in the west of Poland. The town is surrounded by forests and unspoilt countryside rich in wildlife. Closeby is what only be described as the ornithologists paradise - the world-renowned Warta bird and wildlife reserve. The site of Sonnenburg, the former Gestapo concentration camp is also just outside of Krzeszyce. Nearby towns include Bledzew, Lubniewice and Sulęcin. The nearest city is Gorzów Wielkopolski (25 kms north)
